Scenes from the 11th BPIP Conference

A few testimonials from BPIP 2025:
"
I spoke at the 10th annual BPIP conference in Israel. It was a full house, with several hundred IP professionals from Israel, U.S., and Europe. At this time of great sorrow, this remarkable gathering reminded us about the unifying power of innovation and intellectual property: they are non-partisan, non-political, improve lives everywhere and lift all boats. At least, they lifted the spirits of everyone in the room. 🎗️
Thank you to Kimberly Lindy and her team for organizing and bringing all of us together.
Andrei Iancu | Partner at Sullivan & Cromwell; Former Director of the USPTO
"
It was a pleasure participating with good friends and colleagues in the 10th edition of the Annual Best Practices in Intellectual Property (BPIP) Conference in Tel Aviv. I was honored to be included in the Former IP Offices Heads fireside chat moderated by the excellent Jeffrey Berkowitz together with David Kappos, Andrei Iancu and Ofir Alon. Some interesting perspectives were exchanged and happy to have given my two cents from the IL angle. It was also fun moderating a panel with Andrei Iancu and Daniella Atzmony discussing leveraging intellectual property to create value – sharing our experiences and hearing new insights as to IP’s part in the business.
Kudos to Kimberly Lindy and her magnificent team for their uphill battle in these challenging times to make this event happen and high appreciation to the impressive participation from Israel and abroad – visiting from overseas in such times is not obvious and it has not gone by unnoticed.
I am looking forward to edition #11 next year.
Asa Kling | Partner at Naschitz Brandes Amir & Co., President of AIPPI Israel National Group, Former Director of the Israel Patent Office and Commissioner of Patents, Trademarks, and Designs
"
We extend our sincere gratitude to the BPIP Anniversary Chairperson Team – David Kappos, Jeffrey Berkowitz, and Daniella Atzmony – as well as the Advisory Board for curating an exceptional program that explored the future of IP. And of course, a heartfelt thank you to the driving force behind this conference, Kimberly Lindy, whose unwavering dedication has made the BPIP Conference a beacon of excellence year after year.
We were honored to contribute to the discourse and are inspired by the wealth of knowledge shared at this important event. We look forward to continuing our involvement and supporting the BPIP Conference in the years to come.

"
Thank you Kimberly Lindy for organizing an amazing conference for 10 years - Best Practices in IP. The room was fully packed and engaged, and I was in awe. Presenting the hashtag#C4IP innovation scorecard and moderating the incredible panelists David Kappos and Andrei Iancu was an honor. Their valuable insights into how policy and politics match in the IP world were truly impactful.
